His expertise:
After spending several years as an operations manager in the automotive industry, Olivier has been with Akeance Consulting for over 15 years. He has led numerous reorganization projects involving information system changes, process overhauls and support for operational staff in the industrial, transport and logistics sectors.
Olivier also works with corporates and investment funds on acquisition issues (due diligence, business plans, etc.) and line structuring (implementation of management tools, definition of cash flow forecasting processes, etc.).

Passer d’une mission au sein d’un groupe international à l’accompagnement d’une start-up.

Jérémy has over 15 years’ experience working with customers of all sizes. He has developed considerable expertise in the real estate industry. He works on behalf of real estate companies, investors, asset managers, property managers, developers and social landlords on high-stakes issues (strategy, organizational transformation, information system deployment).

What he likes about the job :Gather all the required information to find solutions to the question asked.

Anticipate customer reactions and provide an answer before the question.

And when he's not at work :He enjoys reading spy novels and thrillers. As soon as he can, he goes off to enjoy the salty air of the Baie de Somme.

His expertise:
After starting his career in operations (in financial functions, notably at Geodis and Valeo), Frank joined Akeance Consulting in 2005, to develop financial and operational performance assignments in industry and services. Frank has led numerous financial diagnostic and tool selection missions for industrial and service customers. His preferred sectors are transport & logistics, manufacturing and retail.

What he likes about the job :Complex situations to simplify in order to gain efficiency and speed up time.

And when he's not at work :Sailing, travels, photos, drawings, paintings ... full of passions, ask when you meet him.

Michel joined KPMG Peat Marwick in 1988, where he became a senior partner before founding Akeance Consulting in 2004. Before that, Michel was an investor in large institutions at the start of his professional life, then through the Aurinvest funds that he co-founded and co-directed. Finally, Michel co-founded over 10 years ago Bienprévoir.fr, an online wealth management company.

What he likes about the job :Conceptualize working methods and procedures.

A consultant who comes up with a bad idea: it's an opportunity to discuss!

And when he's not at work :He enjoys going to mass in an Austrian Baroque church, is interested in religions in general and confesses two small passions for medieval illuminations and contemporary glass as an object of art.

His favorite aphorisms :The error is human; the second is less.

Our team of consultants

One of Akeance Consulting’s strong assets lies in the origins of the consultants. Indeed, most of our sixty consultants have a background in a corporate firm prior to joining Akeance Consulting. Others started out working as consultants. Finally, our civic commitment involves the hiring of beginners whom we train.

No specific school diploma is over-represented on the team.

The average age is 32 years old, which, compared to the sector, shows the real seniority of the teams.

The “male / female” parity is unbalanced in favor of men. Indeed, the parity itself of the CVs received is in favor of the men.

Turnover, with an average of 10 to 15%, is positive with regard to the sector of activity.

Each person grows up on its own, within a corpus of management rules. The spirit of individual responsibility and collegiality is strong; it reminds everyone of the pleasure and satisfaction of curiosity and mutual aid.
